The Hudson Professional Building has available office space ranging from 200sf-10,000 square feet. Rental rates vary based on current availability, size, and location, as of Spring 2012 we have small offices as low as $200 per month, and larger spaces as low as $8/sf/yr gross (utilities & taxes included).

Layout and size can differ, spaces can be combined or split, and hallways or certain common areas can be included for many different options. Please note that the area on the left side of the first floor plan is currently in planning & construction, and the final layout and price may vary.
